How to use Law Search

Law search is a custom search engine which contains numerous websites, blogs and forums related to the law.

When you tips a normal request in this Law Search Engine, it will search the entire web but will gives priority to the websites included in the database.

Search a particular expression

To search an expression such as Criminal Law Course or Commercial Law Course, enter this expression in the research field in this form : "Criminal law course". All the websites which have this expresions in their pages will be listed in the results.

Don't search a particular word or expression

You can choose to eliminate from the results pages which contain some word you don't want to appear.

It's particulary useful when you search a particular subject or a particular branch, or if you want to avoid the commercial websites.

In this case, just type your request followed by the words you don't want to appear in the results with the signe "-" before them.

Example :"commercial law course" -price.

When you enter "commercial law course" -price in the search field, it means you want to display the pages which contain the exact expression Commercial Law Course at the condition they don't contain the word price.

Search a definition :

To search a definition in Law Search, enter the following terms : define: -word searched. For example, if you search the definition of the word "Attorney", your request will be define: -attorney.

If you type this in the research field, all the definitions availables on the web will be listed for this word.
